Court officer

The Court officer is responsible for individuals identified as accused, defendants, or detainees. This officer ensures their custody, documents their file, helps in bringing them to court and complies with instructions from the Court, such as serving repeat offender notices, taking fingerprints, processing detention requests, releasing detainees or referring them to an appropriate detention centre.
