Information Officer

The information officer ensures support for the Service's units in gathering, validation and transmission of information regarding a specific crime problem, or a specific criminal group or network.

He deals with people from different communities and establishes bonds of trust that allow the exchange of information useful to police operations. As a resource person, he assists the officers and investigators in their cases, thus contributing to reduce crime in the territory served by the Service.
