The SPVM arrests Canada's most wanted fugitive

Last night, the Major Crimes Section of the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) arrested Bryan Fuentes Gramajo, who was at the top of Canada's most wanted fugitives on the Bolo Program. He was wanted by the Toronto Police Service for a murder committed in the parking lot of a Yorkdale shopping center on July 17, 2025. 

The suspect, a 24-year-old Montrealer, was arrested on a Canada-wide warrant at around 2:40 a.m. in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough. He is scheduled to appear in court in Montreal this afternoon. 

“The SPVM is pleased to have contributed to the criminal investigation led by our partners at the Toronto Police Service by arresting Bryan Fuentes Gramajo on our territory,” explained Commander Mélanie Dupont, head of the Major Crimes Section. 

Dylan Denis still wanted 

The SPVM is taking this opportunity to renew its appeal for public assistance in the criminal investigation to locate Dylan Denis, who is also on the Bolo Program's list of Canada's most wanted fugitives. He is actively sought for his alleged involvement in a murder committed in the borough of Ahuntsic–Cartierville on May 14, 2024. 

"We are convinced that there are citizens who have information that would be very useful to our criminal investigation aimed at arresting Dylan Denis. Anyone with information about him can contact 911 or go to a neighborhood police station," said Commander Dupont. 

It should be noted that the SPVM's Major Crimes Section has already arrested two suspects in this case and that Dylan Denis has been the subject of a Canada-wide arrest warrant and a wanted notice since last year. In collaboration with Sun Youth, the Bolo Program has announced a reward of up to $100,000 for any information leading to his arrest by the SPVM. This reward is valid until June 9, 2026. 

Physical description of the suspect 

Dylan Denis is a 28-year-old white male who speaks French. He is approximately 5'7“ tall and weighs around 170 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his body, including one on his neck that reads ”CRIME PAY$" and others on his hands, back, chest, and arms.
