6:00 a.m. : Shuttles start time from the incentive parking lot.
7:00 – 8:00 a.m. : Arrival at the muster point.
9:00 a.m. : Formation of the procession.
10:00 a.m. : Departure of the procession.
12:30 p.m. : Start of the ceremony.
2:30 p.m. : End of the ceremony.
2:45 p.m. : Shuttles back to the incentive parking lot.
To make your commute easier, we encourage you to use public transportation. The metro stations closest to the parade’s starting point are: Place-des-Arts (exit at the Jeanne-Mance kiosk) and Saint-Laurent.
Please make sure your bus is clearly marked with your organization's name to facilitate your delegation's boarding.
A drop-off area reserved for buses belonging to police departments and partners from emergency services, the justice system, institutions, and community organizations will be set up at the corner of Sherbrooke and Saint-Urbain streets. Buses can then be parked on De la Gauchetière Street, between Mansfield and Cathédrale streets, near the Bell Centre.
Emergency vehicles may park in the “Marc Cantin” parking lot, located at 1108, Marc-Cantin Street. A shuttle service will provide transportation to the assembly points near SPVM Headquarters. Please note that this service will operate only between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. These shuttles will return passengers to this parking lot at the end of the ceremony.

Upon arrival, please proceed to one of the three entry points indicated on the Procession Assembly Plan :
Water and energy bars will be distributed at each of these points.
Next, check the procession line-up by scanning the QR code on site or by consulting the map provided for this purpose.
Finally, please report to your group’s marshal.
Meeting place to attend the ceremony (without participating in the procession)
Participants who are unable to join the procession may go to the Citizen Waiting Area for the Ceremony, located south of Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, across from the Rio Tinto Alcan courtyard.
Bottled water and energy bars will be distributed upon your arrival. Please note that no food will be sold inside.
BEFORE THE CEREMONY
At the entrance to the Bell Centre, all attendees will undergo a security check.
DURING THE CEREMONY
Out of respect for the commemorative nature of the event, we ask that you set your electronic devices to silently mode and limit their use.
To ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, we ask that you remain in your designated area and follow the master of ceremonies’ instructions.
Please note that no food will be available for purchase inside.
Bottles of water will be distributed free of charge to participants.
END OF THE CEREMONY
To help ensure a smooth departure for all participants, we ask that you leave the premises in an orderly manner.
We greatly appreciate your patience in areas with heavy traffic.
Please follow the designated exit routes.
If you arrived by public transit, please proceed to Bonaventure or Lucien-L'Allier métro stations.
If you arrived by charter bus or shuttle, please go to the boarding area, located to the intersection of Peel Street and De La Gauchetière Street.
