For Black History Month, Citizenship and Immigration Canada invited Officer Pierre-Charles, from PDQ 39 in Montréal-Nord, to take part in “Proud of our History.”

Mr. Pierre-Charles had the opportunity to talk about his work as a police officer to several groups of students in the borough libraries, accompanied by the guest speaker, Ms. Petrarca.
