The SPVM was very proud to lend its support, through the Québec Special Olympics, to 8 Québec athletes who headed off to PyeongChang, in South Korea, to take part in the 2013 World Winter Games from January 24 to February 5. For several years, the SPVM has been providing active support by taking part in activities such as the Défi de l’ours polaire and the Québec Special Olympics Défi 767. The money raised is used to help people with intellectual disabilities take part in sports training and competition activities.
