The SPVM Archiving team manages all documents of the police department inherent to police or administrative operations, at every stage (active, semi-active and inactive) and in all formats (hard copy, electronic, magnetic, microfilm and others) and in compliance with legislation on this matter.

Moreover, the Section is also responsible for responding to any request for access to information it receives, within the time frame set out in the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.

To request a copy of an event report or confirmation of an intervention by the Police Department, where you are not the complainant, or if you would like to request copies of other documents, such as call histories or alcohol level results, please send your written and signed request by mail or fax to the attention of:
